Story Time!

We’ve been so fortunate to have some wonderful guests stay with us but not everyone shares the struggles of a rent to serviced accommodation. Here’s some of our interesting experiences so far!

Get comfortable being uncomfortable! When tells you to get in front of the camera and give a testimonial you should say yes! I still have a long way to go but I’m proud to be able to say I gave it a go. I know I talk with my hands but I’m really passionate about what we do and what we’re aiming for. Both Kev and I love all things farm related and i know this video is all about me but we’re working hard together for this 💕

To those who know me well; silkie chickens really are the fluffiest, sweetest chicks that purr when they’re happy and I can’t wait for the day I can share them with you! 💛

Week 1/52

Some people who follow my personal profile would have seen that I did this every Sunday last year sharing what we had been up to as a family. I thought I would give it a try on here to share some personal & work related things we have been up to.

1. Family trip to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
2-4. Cosmo, Forest, Rupert & Sunny 🐶 Forest was the sweetest boy to Finners 🩵
5. Back on it with the training & market research. Knowing your patch is so important.
6. Work mode definitely helps keep you motivated and focused with less distractions!
7. Personal goals are just as important, I plan on reading 1 book a month this year. Big thank you to my sister for the Harry Potter bookmark ⚡️

I know it’s not quite been a full week into the year yet but it’s been a strong & positive start!

Hello January;

I had planned to do a pretty generic hello post but the more I thought about it the more I wanted to try something different. I said in today’s story I wanted to keep you guys in the loop with what I’m up to & how it all goes!

So… here are my goals, some personal & some professional for this month & I plan on showing you how it goes & what the results look like on our journey to success.

We’ve had the best Christmas & New Year & feel refreshed & ready to continue what we started last year! Let’s see what this month brings! Keep smashing it! ✨

ONE YEAR AGO. ⭐️

My best friend and I went on the deal selling crash course! She very kindly signed me up onto the intensive weeks training that I attended back in February 🩷

What a year it’s been; the knowledge I’ve gained, the experiences I’ve had and the relationships that have been built is incredible. Since joining the academy in April I have been immersed into the most brilliant and supportive environment. Not just from the mentors, but from fellow academy members, friends & family.

We are so fortunate and blessed. Whilst I haven’t ended this year how I thought I would I am proud with the steps towards our goals we have taken and it’s only a matter of time till we achieve them. What this space, 2025 is going to be game changing.

Where has this year gone? We can’t believe it’s December already. As a family of 3 it’s a very busy and exciting time. From a business perspective we’re looking forward to celebrating everything we & those we know have achieved this year.
December really is a wonderful month to reflect, to learn and to set those new goals for the following year!

NO-VEMBER.
This is the month we’re are going for as many no’s as possible & hopefully getting closer to that yes!
We love goal setting in this house & I’ll share some of my smaller goals with you guys in a separate post or story! It’s definitely getting colder, we’re excited for the fireworks & I love a warm mulled wine or hot chocolate so I’m pleased we’ll be able to have them more! 🎆 ✨

Networking is so important in this industry and it was amazing to learn from about his property journey.

For me personally it’s really empowering and inspiring to learn from someone that’s being successful in your area. It shows that with hard work, consistency and determination you can achieve it. Alex is so knowledgeable and I’m thankful to him for sharing his experiences and giving up his time. Thank you 🙏

Willingham House.
This hotel was purchased for £1 by ! Personally I love that I have a mentor that continues to educate his students with hands on opportunities and experiences. It was a privilege to be able to go, see the grounds and network with others.

A big thank you to for hosting & for the delicious food. Good luck to the remaining eviction candidates who have been working super hard! It was amazing to chat to so many people & build new relationships.
