Sam Busfield & I are excited to announce Loans Warehouse turns 20 years old today 🥳
When Loans Warehouse was founded in 2006, the UK looked very different, Motorola and Sony Ericssons were cutting edge, music lived on iPods, BlackBerrys ruled the workplace, and social life revolved around real-world meetings (arguably better times), while movies came from Blockbuster or LoveFilm. High streets were anchored by names like Woolworths, Comet and Phones 4u that once seemed permanent. 📼
The world has transformed beyond recognition since then, but Loans Warehouse has survived it all — and after 20 years, we’re going to celebrate.
We will be celebrating throughout the next year, launching with an anniversary party on 1st May in Watford, where we will bring together colleagues, lenders and partners from across the intermediary market, recognising the relationships that have shaped Loans Warehouse and the secured lending sector over the past 20 years. 🍾
Over the coming year, we are investing in technology, expanding our team, launching new product, expanding lender relationships and improving tools for brokers.
Our new website and branding will launch in the coming weeks to support this direction, with more announcements planned for later in the year.
So for now, we’re going to raise a glass enjoy the year ahead 🥂
