βœ… QSS is the leading quality standard certification body for the UK removals and storage industry.

➑️ Following a recent Board decision, QSS clients can now pay for their standard/s audits by direct debit, as an alternative to making a one-off full payment following receipt of an invoice.

Please note:
- The direct debit facility will see a 2% surcharge on the invoice value to cover the external third party costs of giving QSS the facility)
- The direct debit facility ideally needs to be set up in advance of QSS invoicing for an audit to allow our accounts team to raise an invoice for the audit and add the 2% surcharge facility to the invoice the client gets.
- If the client asks to pay by DD after an audit invoice has been issued, the accounts team will work with the client to set up the DD facility and raise an additional invoice for the 2% surcharge fee.
- Any/all existing and future QSS pre-payment clients will need to have paid for their audit in full by the time of the audit as normal.
