We’re proud to be a collection point for the Salvation Army Watchet Toy Appeal this Christmas.

If you’d like to help make Christmas a little brighter for a child, we’ve got a collection box here in the shop for new toys for children up to 16 years old.

You can drop your donation in with us any time up until 14th December.

So if you’re out Christmas shopping and can add one extra gift to your basket, we’d be incredibly grateful. A small gesture from one person could mean a very special Christmas for someone else.

You might come in for the meat, cheese, pies and fresh fruit and veg… but there’s a LOT more hiding around Somerset Farmhouse. 👀

A few things you might not know we sell…

Fresh milk and bread, shallots and pickling vinegar, alcohol, hazelnuts, Mega Marshmallows… and because it’s October, we’ve also got pumpkins, Halloween cookies, spooky cupcake cases and even spring bulbs ready for planting.

Basically, your October essentials are looking pretty well covered. 😂

Next time you’re in, give yourself an extra five minutes for a proper browse, there’s always more to discover around the shop.
