A Family Touch is closed for business on the 5th August until 10th August, I am sorry if this lands on your week but we cannot reschedule these appointments if your a fortnightly or weekly clean.

We are having problems with Customers making payments, payments must be made same day as clean and all new Customers must pay Cash for first Clean, we don’t have the time to chase people for money constantly this is a business we don’t do this just for a hobby, we also have bills to pay!! Customer notice
Hi we don’t like to write posts like this but we keep running into problems with cancellations, we get that emergency’s do come up and people have no other option to cancel, but holidays etc can you please let us know in advance so your slot can be left open as we are very busy and have people waiting. Wanting days or times changed the day your due a clean is impossible as our diary is practically full for weeks at a time. We also try and get to your appointment on time but this is a estimate depending on traffic from job to job. Lastly can you please not contact our personal pages late at night if you want to contact us this page is fine to send messages to, if we don’t answer at 11pm it’s because we are normally in bed or busy with our families. We hope you understand and thanks again for your custom.
