Bridging loans are a fast, short term finance solution and all of our loans are secured on residential investment property for between 1 and 12 months. We are able to lend from £25,000 to £

5m for individuals, partnerships and companies, with market leading rates. Our loans are considerably quicker and simpler to arrange than conventional residential investment property mortgages and loans. As principle lenders each case is assessed on its own merits, taking a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach. We offer our clients flexibility and speed of personal service . We are an owner managed business and a large percentage of our business comes from repeat clients. Bridging Finance Solutions Group is dedicated to the highest standards of courtesy, individual attention, treating customers fairly and business ethics. A huge good luck to Adam, who is taking on the Peak District Trek 26 on 27th June 2026 in support of the Alzheimer’s Society 👏

Covering 26 miles across challenging, hilly terrain is no easy task, but it’s all for an incredible cause and to help raise vital funds for those affected by Alzheimer’s.

At Bridging Finance Solutions Group, we’re proud to support initiatives that create a real and lasting impact in people’s lives ❤️

Through the mentoring programme we help fund, young people are given the encouragement, guidance, and support they need to build confidence, develop life skills, and recognise what they’re capable of achieving.

For many vulnerable young people, having a consistent and trusted adult in their life can be truly transformative. The programme provides 6–12 months of one-to-one mentoring tailored around each individual’s needs and goals, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and wellbeing.

Last year alone, 36 mentoring relationships were supported, with several continuing beyond the initial programme due to the strong and meaningful connections formed.
We’re incredibly proud to play a part in supporting such important work 👏

Meet Steve Barber MBA 👏
Steve is the Managing Owner of Bridging Finance Solutions Group, establishing the business back in 2006 on the Wirral with a vision to support small-scale property schemes across the North West.

Over the last 20 years, Steve has played a huge role in growing BFS into the thriving and respected property finance business it is today, built on expertise, relationships, trust, and a commitment to delivering for clients. Under his leadership, BFS has continued to evolve, expand nationally, and support countless developers, investors, and brokers across the UK.

Steve oversees the Corporate Governance of the business and continues to drive the long-term direction of BFS.

Outside of work, Steve is incredibly sports-driven and recently took on the Mallorca 312, one of Europe’s toughest endurance cycling events 🚴‍♂️
