As principle lenders each case is assessed on its own merits, taking a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach. We offer our clients flexibility and speed of personal service . We are an owner managed business and a large percentage of our business comes from repeat clients. 💜 Proud to support The Hive Youth Zone and the incredible work they do for families in our local community.

For many families, the start of a new school year brings additional financial pressure, with essentials like school uniforms, warm coats and properly fitting shoes simply out of reach.

The Hive is currently supporting families who urgently need help with these back-to-school essentials, including one family with seven young children in need of new shoes and coats.

Our BDM Andrew Morgan was out representing Bridging Finance Solutions Group at another fantastic networking event, bringing together professionals from across bridging finance, commercial insurance and the wider business community.

It was a brilliant opportunity to catch up with familiar faces, meet new connections and have genuine conversations about ambitions, opportunities and future plans.

Every property journey is unique, and sometimes it takes a flexible funding solution to help bring everything together.

For this regulated bridging case in Worcestershire, Bridging Finance Solutions Group provided a £324,661 facility to help the borrower purchase the remaining share of a family property, replenish funds already invested into refurbishment works, and finance the remaining improvements, including a new roof.

With a planned exit via refinance, this tailored solution allowed the borrower to move forward with confidence while preserving the long-term future of the property.

For this latest case, we provided £602,143 in non-regulated development finance to support the construction of a new five-bedroom detached home in West Kirby, following the demolition of the existing property.

Having already built a strong relationship with the client through a previous project, we were able to provide a flexible 16-month term tailored to the build programme, helping keep the development moving towards a successful sale on completion.
