I established the business with the sole purpose to offer a dedicated Advice based service, which many of our competitors say they do, but often don't deliver. My philosophy is to give good honest Advice to any business owner regardle

ss if they are our clients or not and if that helps them improve their programme and coverage and often costs…I'm happy with that. I have over 25 years Industry experience dealing with Business Owners and Directors across all sectors of Industry from start ups to £30m plus turnover Companies. We apply this to our Insurance programme design and it works. Our management team has a wealth of experience in the Insurance Industry, each experienced and proven in running successful Insurance Brokers. We are aligned with the common goal of providing a transparent, service driven business, that always puts our clients at the forefront of everything we do.

I’m thrilled to announce that Paterson Insurance Brokers Ltd have been honoured with the "Investment in Apprenticeships Award"! 🏆

We are incredibly proud to receive this recognition for our commitment to nurturing talent and investing in the future of our industry. This award highlights our dedication to developing the next generation of insurance professionals through apprenticeship programs.

One shining example of the success of our apprenticeship initiative is Bethany O'Mara who joined our team as an apprentice just six months ago, eager to embark on a journey of learning and growth within the insurance industry. Since then, she has demonstrated remarkable dedication, enthusiasm, and a hunger for knowledge.

Through our tailored apprenticeship program, Bethany has had the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience, receive mentorship from industry professionals, and delve into various aspects of the insurance business. Despite her relatively short time with us, Bethany has already begun to make meaningful contributions to our team and has shown tremendous potential for future success.

So just like that….a lifetime in Insurance and the the day finally comes to hang up your boots!

Today we celebrated the career of our very own Janice Taylor who has decided that there’s more to life than insurance.

A career that has spanned 42 years with some of the best Independent Insurance Brokers in Yorkshire.

We have been very lucky to have her for the last 3 years of this journey and she has been a huge asset to our business and will be sorely missed.

Here’s to our Janice…we wish you a very happy retirement and to spending time with your beloved John.

Last day in the office for the team and what a year we have had!

The business is growing year on year primarily due to our high retention rate and referrals from clients which is wholly down to the efforts of our team here at the Wakefield Office.

We have made additions to the staff at Paterson's during the course of the year which will drive our growth into 2023 with exciting things planned!
