Top Tip 😀🤓

Never forget to check the roof and chimney including lead , loose tiles and pointing.

If can't get up there todays modern phone works wonders to zoom in and be sure to jump in the loft looking for daylight internally

Roofs can cost a bloody fortune to sort out if missed 💰

The Government should make financial education compulsory in all schools starting from primary age. Maths is all well and good but when it comes to teaching kids how to manage money in the real world, the curriculum is failing them.

Dear friends,

I hope this post finds you well! 🌈 I wanted to share some exciting news about the next chapter in my journey. As my current employment gracefully enters its twilight, I'm thrilled to announce my venture into the dynamic world of property with the launch of JKnight Property Services! 🚀

Some of you might have seen posts about Evolve Property, but amidst the sea of Evolves out there, I decided to carve my own path with JKnight Property Services.

Over the past decade, I've immersed myself in the fascinating realm of property investment.

Recently, I made the decision to 'get educated' to not only build my business but also to give back to the community of which I belong. - More on that in a future post.

A huge thank you to my mentors Jamie York, Dan Buchan, and Sam Spencer, who have been a guiding light, pushing me forward and inspiring me on this journey. 🌟

Admittedly, my head is buzzing with newfound knowledge and innovative thinking, thanks to the educational journey I've embarked upon.
