⛔ It’s NOT a mortgage agreement, and they still might refuse a loan, but the estate agents do take this document seriously, so make sure you have it. Depending on a lender, the mortgage in principle will be valid for 30 to 90 days. This means you’ll need to apply for another one if you have not found the right property at this time.
