Our Craftsman scheme was developed by Ian, from an idea in 1986, after receiving requests from crafters seeking public liability cover whilst attending craft shows and similar. Our buy online service means that our clients can obtain cover quickly and efficiently, but because we are here to deal with the day to day administration, general queries, and to provide assistance about our scheme, our clients still have the option to speak to us if they would like to. Should you be unfortunate, and need to make a claim, we think it important that you should be able to speak to the Insurer directly. In this way, the “stress” is taken out of an already stressful situation. Any claims are speedily handled by Hiscox Underwriting Ltd. Please note we do not give advice to Clients. We will happily provide information on the Craft Insurance Scheme to enable our clients to make an informed decision as to whether it meets their own demands and needs.
