We wanted to inform you that KMJ Mortgages will officially close on July 25th.
This decision follows the heartbreaking passing of our owner, Tracey, earlier this year. Tracey poured her heart and soul into helping people get on the property ladder, and we know how many of you appreciated her warmth, honesty, and support.

Since then, Susan has worked incredibly hard to continue supporting clients through their mortgage journeys with the care and attention for which KMJ Mortgages is known. We would like to thank everyone for their trust, patience, and kind words over the past few months.

Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but there are several government schemes designed to help you get on the property ladder faster!

✅ Lifetime ISA (LISA) - Save up to £4,000 per year, and the government adds a 25% bonus to help with your deposit.
✅ Shared Ownership - Buy a percentage of a home (usually 25-75%) and pay rent on the rest, perfect if you have a lower deposit.
✅ First Homes Scheme - Aims to provide a discount of between 30% and 50% for new-build properties bought by key workers such as NHS staff and police officers.
