A. In short why would you? You are in the unusual position of having to be located because you have moved address. There are 100’s of tracing companies in the Uk that trace people regarding pensions, insurance bank account, shares. Most companies do not have the facilities or the know how to trace their members.
Q. Do I need to pay for your service?
A. No not at all this is paid for your pension scheme/administrator/Trustee
Q. If this a Scam? I have never heard of this pension scheme.
A. Most definitely not. We are legally contracted to your pension Administrator/Trustee. We can always give you further information regarding the scheme, many schemes change name over time. It’s also possible you may have forgotten or be unaware that you were part of the scheme as it was paid for by your employer.
Q. Why do I need to confirm, even though you have my address on the letter?
A. In short, we need you to confirm the address is correct so that we can 100% confirm you are at that address to enable your scheme to correspond with you regarding your pension. Pension fraud is on the rise, and we want to insure you are the correct person.
Q. What happens if I don’t confirm?
A. The worst thing that may happen is that if your pension is in pay it may well get suspended. If not in pay it may delay your upcoming retirement.

A. Once you confirm your confirmed details will be updated with your pension scheme who will contact you directly.

A. No, we are not privy to any financial information, and quite rightly so. Our role is just to trace you, that’s our main role.
Q. How did you find me?
A. We have access to various databases which we hold licenses for in the UK and overseas and we use public records such as electoral rolls, birth death and marriage records.
Q. Can I contact my pension scheme to give my details?
A. Yes of course, but respectfully we have found you and alerted you to the issue so please just give us a quick call or email so that we can close the search for you so that you don’t receive any further letters.
Q. I am a next of kin, will you deal directly with my solicitor?
A. Yes of course, that’s not an issue. We understand it can be a lot to take on after the loss of a loved one. We will always give you the choice as we know how time consuming and costly solicitors can be, but just give us the details and we can contact them directly.
