⭐️🚚 Long Relationships Founded On TRUST 🚚⭐️

Doing what I do, I get to be at the very early stages of a business and have the pleasure to see that business grow and flourish.

This is one of these occasions where I have known Jack at JP Towing for nearly 2 years. He hasn’t needed my services until recently and this is fairly common. There comes a point where you might need a wee hand from DM Finance and that 2 years I got to know and understand the business and made it easy for me to select the most appropriate lender under the circumstances.

Some brokerages might not listen to you if you aren’t doing a deal that month. I’m the opposite, I want to build long lasting relationships where the trust works both ways and is indeed the case for Jack and I.

I often don’t get to see customer’s Lorry’s until they’ve added all their personal touches. This is one of those occasions!

I had the pleasure to assist arranging funding for this Scania S500 for J w jardine transport / Jardine Logistics . Supplied by West Pennine Trucks.

The truck looks brilliant, clean, fresh and ready to earn some pennies.

⭐️🚚 Refinance Season 🏗️⭐️

We are coming to the time of year where i find I get more enquiries regarding cash flow solutions.

🔵 Refinance can be one of the most convenient and cost efficient ways to raise funds against assets you own outright.

🔵 You can even have sufficient equity within assets on finance, settle the existing agreement and have the equity paid into your account as useable funds…wey hey! 👌

The image below was an example carried out earlier this year. The customer had 5 trailers on an Operating Lease. They were handed back at the end of the term as per that contract type but the customer bought them from the dealer that guaranteed their buy back from the funder at the end of the term.

The purchase values were very low, so we cleverly refinanced at 80% of their true market values. The customer replenished the cash they used to buy them and then much more again to use as additional cash flow. 😎

Meanwhile the monthly payment was similar to what they were already paying for the trailers on the Operating Lease so there was no effect on business cash flow….same trailers and more cash. Magnificent!

Please don’t just think taking a business loan is the best option - it can often be a very expensive way to borrow money. Sometimes the easiest route to cash flow isn’t always the best. ⭐️🚐 Van Goals 🚐⭐️

The MAN TGE seems to be one of the more popular choices at the moment. This was the same choice that A-Tech Contracts selected for their new van replacement.

However, this one has been given many tasteful upgrades by Rampage Bespoke Vehicles…it’s turned out rather well 😎

⭐️🚚 Vacher V8 🚚⭐️

Recently I had the pleasure to assist Scott at LM Transport Scotland LTD with the purchase of the firms Scania S580. Supplied by Moody International and was a pleasure to deal with Mick again as it’s been a wee while.

Here she is working hard - a V8 being used for the right task - moving heavy stuff!

⭐️ Eat Your Dinner Off of A Van? ⭐️

You certainly could with this one! It was great to assist DWR Transport Solutions who was recommended to me by a customer. I really enjoyed connecting with David as we seem to share the same passion for keeping our vehicles shiny (although mine is an embarrassment at the moment!).

This was purchased from another business and funding was arranged promptly.

⭐️🚛🎶 So Fresh and So clean, Clean 🎶🚛⭐️

Sometimes just plain ol’ white just looks right doesn’t it? 😎 Although there are subtle black details on the visor and grill panel that ties it all well together.

This truck was recently prepared by John Scott at Asset Alliance Sales and as always an absolute pleasure to deal with.

This was recently funded for a current customer and buying used seems to work well within that business. Allows the term to remain short and the ability to sell as and when required…that’s the way to do it 👌
