🌿 Looking Back at Atla Group Wellbeing Day! 🌿

Last week, we dedicated a full day to focusing on what matters most — our people and their wellbeing. It was an amazing opportunity to pause, recharge, and connect as a team.

From mindfulness sessions and healthy activities to conversations about balance and resilience, the day reminded us that wellbeing isn’t just a priority — it’s part of who we are at Atla Group.

🧠💚 World Mental Health Day at Atla Group

To mark the occasion, we welcomed some very special visitors — therapy dogs 🐾 — for a calming and uplifting Paws for Therapy session. The dogs brought smiles, comfort, and a moment of peace to our team, reminding us how important it is to take care of our mental health, both individually and collectively.

🧘‍♀️ Our Office is Closed!

Today, Thursday 9th October, the Atla Group office is closed as we celebrate our annual Wellbeing Day.

Our team is spending the day at The Roundhouse, taking part in activities designed to restore and reset — from yoga and art therapy to badminton, or simply enjoying some quiet time.

It’s an opportunity to pause, connect, and focus on what truly matters: mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

We’ll be back in the office tomorrow, refreshed and ready to go. Because when we take care of our people, everything else follows. 💫

Last week, our Talent & Development Officer, Sharon Connor, and Atla People Assistant, Thomas Kinrade, attended the 2025 Positive Health & Workplace Wellbeing Conference with the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce.
