Good evening showing Luca around a property Enzo recently secured for an investor, with refurbishment works due to start very soon.

Luca has recently come on board as an exclusive partner with Enzo Property Group, helping us grow our pipeline and increase deal flow.

He brings valuable experience, having already started building his own property portfolio alongside being involved in his family’s property business.

It was a great opportunity to walk through the property, align on our refurbishment pricing, deal analysis and how we approach opportunities moving forward.

Great day of networking down in Manchester on Saturday with PROSPERITY NETWORK

I joined the group back in August with the goal of growing my network nationally, learning from others in the industry, and surrounding myself with like-minded people who are all pushing in the same direction.

I took so much away from the day. Hearing other people’s success stories and experiences in the property game always gives a boost of energy.

Listening to how others have navigated their own journeys can give you direction, open your mind to different ways of doing things, and also give you reassurance that you’re heading in the right direction yourself.

All in all, a great day with a great group of people.

Been a busy few weeks - moving house, a trip back to Ireland to see family and a wedding in Portugal. I’ve still been working throughout, but keeping everything moving around a busy schedule definitely makes things a little more challenging.

Back in the thick of it last week though and feeling refreshed, focused and ready for a strong final few months of the year.

A few updates:

* Deal agreed for an investor in Houghton-le-Spring
* Productive meeting around our social media strategy moving forward
* Two investor meetings booked in this week
* Viewings completed and offers going in
* Bedlington refurb nearing completion
* Plenty of planning going on behind the scenes for a strong finish to the year

Excited to see what we can achieve between now and the end of 2026. Plenty more to come. 🏠📈
