When the highest quality clothing meets the highest quality car 🤝

A big thank you to Ryland Land Rover Stoke & BLAKE MILL for a fantastic day out yesterday.

It was a pleasure to drive the fantastic Range Rover HSE, which was a different level of luxury!

A big shout out to Bethan Cotton and Rebecca Joyce for organising such a great day 💪.

Bank Holiday Weekend in Review!

A four day break that blended client chats, family celebrations and some much needed downtime!

Friday 📝

Met with several clients who were taking the advantage of the extra day off - covered pensions, untangled insurance queries, and proved that good financial planning never clocks out.

Saturday 🎯 🍻

Marked my sister's 40th at Flight club Manchester, where i can honestly say i'm not as good as i remember 😬. This was followed by a few too many drinks in the city and then some mini golf at Junkyard!

Sunday 🏌‍♂️ 🐔

Woke up with somewhat of a sore head 😶 which was soon forgotten once i started hitting some balls over at American Golf. Think my swing still needs that much needed improvement! We then refueled with a Nandos and went to pick my better half up from the Sean Paul concert.

Monday 🎾 🚶‍♂️

Swapped the office for a tennis court in the morning, savoured a relaxed lunch and wrapped things up with a long walk down the Dane Valley (no pun intended).

So, after a busy bank holiday weekend, im back in the office and meeting up with new and existing clients!

Last week’s wrap up 🤩

Monday -

Met with a young client who is looking to start his retirement journey and found 4 frozen pensions with a combined value of over £30k, not a bad way to start! 🥳🤑

Spoke with a lady who is currently going through a divorce and is looking to buy her husband out of the property. Case already with solicitors. 🏎️💨

Tuesday -

Set up an investment account for an individual who had received a lump sum from inheritance, allowing them to have a secondary income. 💰

Met with Derrith Turner of Turnaround Print Services to discuss many new exiting opportunities coming up and to hear all about her business and how it’s thriving. 💪🏼

Wednesday -

Had a chat with a client who had multiple pension schemes with numerous providers and consolidated into one. 🗂️

Provided a new client with some Key Man insurance & private medical insurance to ensure he is protected moving forward. 📝

Thursday -

Met with Jason Simmons (Exp UK) to discuss the current housing market and keep up to date on all things property from an industry expert. 🏡

Discussed a £100k investment with someone who has recently sold some secondary properties. 💷 📩

Friday -

An early morning start and out for 5:45am to meet with the great team down at BNI James Brindley Chapter at the stunning Rudyard Lake. BNI gives me an opportunity to explain all things DVFS and learn more about the local community. 🥳

Straight after that i headed to a client meeting to discuss some relevant life and shareholder protection insurance with a Ltd co owner. 💼

To finish, a fresh pint of Amstel (or a few) after a busy week helping our clients! 😮‍💨 🍺

What a weekend it’s been!

Football Highlights:

West Ham 1-0 Arsenal: Once again, the mighty Irons crumbled Arsenal’s title dreams at the Emirates. That’s now three seasons in a row we’ve saved the world.

Crewe Alexandra 3-0 Barrow: Thrilled to watch my local team dominate with a solid 3-0 win.

Off the Pitch:

Wrapped up the week by hitting the driving range with the missus. My swings might need some practice before I’m back out on the course 😬.
