We're Hiring – Financial Planning Administrator

As Quantum Wealth Planning approaches 10 years in business, we're looking to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator to join our growing team in Tunbridge Wells.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established independent financial planning firm and build a long-term career within the profession.

The Role

Working alongside our advisers, you'll help deliver an excellent service to our clients by:

• Preparing client documentation
• Liaising with product providers
• Supporting the financial planning process
• Assisting with day-to-day client administration
• Developing your knowledge through professional qualifications

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Friendly, professional and confident communicating with clients
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Keen to learn and develop

Previous financial services experience is welcomed but not essential.

Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided, together with professional qualifications, study materials and examination fees, plus a structured career pathway with increasing responsibility and future progression opportunities.
