Good morning, fresh back from the Air Later Life Lending Adviser Conference 2023.
Events like these are always worth the effort to attend. It increases knowledge which in this challenging arena is invaluable. What I took from the whole day is that change is inevitable and if you don’t prepare/adapt then you will be left behind.
One great session on marketing had me thinking I must do more to increase my social media presence so to that end, here is what the start of my day looks like….. me and the duck in the ice bath. So, to answer the questions I normally get;
Do I enjoy it? Yes, an amazing surge of energy.
Why????? I can honestly say I feel better knowing I have done it, and yes, every day that I’m home you will find me in the ice bath.
It gives me time to just collect my thoughts, I’ve tried to sit and get in a more meditative state but trying to think about nothing is really difficult, but I will keep trying to get better.
Coming home we paid a visit to Diddly Squat (if you know…) they were filming so I have some pictures of JC and Caleb, I'll keep these for another post.
