We're delighted to formally introduce two valued members of our Business Support team, Amy and Sadie. Having joined Compass earlier this year, both have quickly become integral to our day-to-day operations.

That's a wrap on The Print Show 2026! 🐍🪜 What a fantastic three days celebrating the print industry. It was great to meet and catch up with so many businesses, make new connections, and have some valuable conversations about the future.

Meet the Team: Rob Hogg

🐒Some fun facts about Rob: he's a "keen but shocking golfer (and getting worse with age)", a "disgruntled Sheffield United supporter," and once fell victim to a pair of monkeys in Thailand who stole his b**r and Pringles.

👂He describes himself as a "down-to-earth northern bloke, personable and helpful," and believes that listening and understanding customers' specific needs is key to delivering real value.

🦺Rob's biggest achievement so far was surviving the heat at Hillhead expo and joining in with the locals' Morris dancing celebrations!

🤝What he enjoys most about the Compass team is our relationship-driven philosophy with customers: "it sits at the core of the business and breathes through the team, making it a refreshing environment".

💡Rob has had a fantastic first three months at Compass, bringing over 26 years of experience as a Finance Director to our sales team. His deep understanding of the customer perspective helps build strong relationships founded on trust, expertise, and genuine understanding.
