We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty the Queen. She was a remarkable woman who dedicated her life to serving our country, its people, and the commonwealth. She did so with grace, dignity, and an unfailing sense of duty and purpose. An inspiration to our nation and the world, Her Majesty was the longest-serving British monarch in history and was the very embodiment of the spirit and heart of Great Britain.

We're thankful for her seven decades of service to our country and extend our heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family during this difficult time.

The Bank of England today voted to raise the base rate from 0.1% to 0.25%.
Although a small increase, this will affect mortgage borrowers on variable rates. If you are on a fixed rate your payments will not change.
It is worth remembering that even with the small increase, current rates are still historically low!

95% mortgages are returning!

Tomorrow - The first deals start to be released. There will not be many at first and may come and go at short notice.

April - Government support scheme starts - larger lender choice.

There will be criteria to meet and you'll need a good credit rating, but if saving for a 10%+ deposit has been holding you back then this may help.
