The Role
We are seeking an ambitious school leaver or graduate to join our growing sales team. This role involves generating new business leads through outbound calls and relationship-building with prospective clients.
This is an entry point into a professional career in foreign exchange sales, offering a clear progression path to a trading role within our FX team. The position is critical to our growth strategy and provides rare exposure to an innovative, successful company.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills
Previous telesales or cold-calling experience (preferred)
Strong sales focus, persuasive and personable
Good numeracy and business awareness (advantageous but not essential)
Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to develop professionally
