The best thing to happen to me since my first grandaughter, Hallie-Mae, arrived just before lockdown in 2020.

Pyper Catherine Ninness born Thursday 6th June 2024. I don't have to make a place in my heart for her as she's made it all that bigger.

A day off today! Having a wee outing with my Mum, daughter and granddaughter at our favourite local cafe before a jaunt to John O Groats.

I know it looks like I eat out a lot lately lol. I don’t really, I’m just coming out of winter hibernation 🤣

Lunch with my daughter today before she goes for a pregnancy growth scan for grandchild no 2 did at the end of June.

I’m really excited to get to go with her. Got got the hankies ready for the emotional granny bit when I see the bubb on the screen ❤️❤️

Can’t make up my mind if I feel like I’m 15 again or the mad lady who would occasionally kick her loaf of bread across the road that we all stared at! 🤣🤣. If I had a loaf of bread it would be the mad lady! 😉

What is Loan to Value?

Its the percentage that is calculated by dividing you deposit/equity by the value of your home and multiplying by 100. This percentage is used by lenders, amongst other things, to calculate the percentage they will charge for a mortgage.
