PART TIME BOOK KEEPER/ADMIN/SALES ASSISTANT
An interesting opportunity has arisen for a part time bookkeeper / office admin / sales assistant to assist the Office Manager on a small plant hire & aggregate yard.
The role would involve basic book keeping on the Sage account’s programme: sales and purchase ledger etc. Experience of ‘Insphire’ Plant/Machinery hire & accounts software would also be an advantage, but not a requirement as training can be given. The candidate will also undertake general office administrative duties along with inputting of hire contracts and client account information, and sales. The role will be based at Thormanby outside Easingwold (4 Miles From Easingwold, 5 Miles From Thirsk)
The ideal candidate should be computer literate and be able to use word and excel. Past experience in an account’s office is preferable. A basic knowledge of plant/machinery hire would be a big advantage to the candidate understanding the role but is not essential.
The vacancy is a part time position, initially planned for one to two days a week. Hours can be flexible.
