This role will bring the opportunity to:
✔️ Ensure all policy administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner
✔️ Be proactive and maximise all business opportunities making clients aware of alternative products
✔️ Provide professional support and advice to clients throughout the life cycle of the policy

The team provides support to older people across Buckinghamshire, from tackling loneliness through Coffee, Cake & Company mornings to offering dementia support, practical advice and guidance for local communities.
