Hot weather can increase the risk of dehydration, heat exhaustion and sun damage - especially for children, older adults and people with health conditions.

Simple things can make a big difference:
💧 Drink plenty of water
🧴 Wear SPF (suncream)
🕶️ Stay cool in peak heat
🌳 Take breaks in the shade
