Just an update on our internet/phone situation...

We've been running a temporary solution (not perfect, but it worked) until last Friday when our normal service was resumed. Everything appears to be fine since so, fingers crossed, we are back to normal.

Please accept our apologies to anyone who had any trouble contacting us while the problem was being sorted.

Unfortunately we have been without internet since Friday and are currently Hotspotting the office through a mobile phone. This has affected our computers, email and phones. We are in the process of installing a temporary solution while our tech people and ISP try and sort things out between them.

We have been able to transfer calls to our mobiles which has been a temporary solution to losing our internet phones, but today we are now experiencing additional problems as our phone provider's network is down.

Please bear with us while we try and sort things out, our emails are working, so if you need to get hold us and our phones are down, please email [email protected]

It appears we've been let down by our phone providers regarding a message for our Christmas opening hours.

Apologies if anyone has tried to contact us outside of hours. Please note our opening times for the remainder of the festive period are as follows -

Dec 28 / 29 - Open 9am to 12noon
Dec 30 / 31 - Closed
Jan 1 - Closed
Jan 2 - normal office hours resume 9am to 5pm

Apologies if we've been a bit lax in updates, we've had a manic year! Firstly getting to grips with a completely new computing system and then near on a year of carrying out the onerous task of data transfer as each policy falls due for renewal. The good news is we've only a few more weeks to go and the data transfer should be complete.

The insurance market is all a bit volatile at the moment, we are seeing rate increases pretty much across the board and are doing all we can to help our customers through potentially difficult times.

Motor Insurance in particular is seeing an all time premium high with some Insurers removing partly or entirely from the Motor Insurance market.

Tradewise Insurance Services have announced today they have made the decision to enter into administration due issues with their reinsurance capacity.

They are no longer offering new business or inviting renewal of existing policies although they have announced that, at present, they are continuing to administer policies and handle claims.

If you have a Motor Trade policy falling due with Tradewise shortly, please feel free to get in contact with us to arrange a quotation. We have special arrangements for the valeting & detailing industry with Insurers with A rated capacity.
