Same graphic… different award!

Not one, but two awards now up for grabs for Southby & Co at the FT Adviser Workplace Excellence Awards.

Following last week’s announcement, we’re proud to also be shortlisted for the Mental Health Advocacy Award.

According to FT Adviser, this category recognises companies that have taken proactive steps to reduce stigma and make mental health support accessible to all; empowering managers, encouraging open conversations, and embedding wellbeing into everyday culture.
