LEON IS LOST & we need your help !

Leon is a rescue dog in long term foster & unfortunately his foster carer had a fall whilst out walking him this afternoon, Thursday 23rd March.

The last sighting at 2.30pm at Anglo Welsh, Great Haywood heading towards Tixal Wide to Tixal Lock, Milford and Baswich.

Leon has a blue collar & he still has a black extendable lead attached to him.

⛔⛔Do not approach as he is scared of everything and everyone & likely to bolt ⛔⛔

🔔🆘 Evening Volunteers Needed! 🆘🔔

Help! These dogs need you!

The cost of living crisis is meaning more & more dogs are being abandoned right here in UK, as many people can no longer afford to keep their pets. These poor dogs, that have been used to family life & creature comforts now find themselves abandoned.

We need help EVERY DAY to care for these dogs that have no one. We are particularly short of evening volunteers, to feed, walk & put the pups to bed for the night. Are you ever free between 4.30pm - 7.30pm ANY days of the week. Could YOU help?

The regular volunteers we do have are a wonderful team, share great camaraderie & have made lasting friendships. They would give you a warm welcome! Would you like to help the dogs & make some new friends? Does your child need some volunteering work to complete their DofE award? Then please get in touch!

This is an urgent plea, we don't have enough dog walkers this week, please share!

🆘 Volunteers Needed! 🆘

Like all rescues we are struggling at the moment.

More and more dogs are being abandoned right here in UK. The cost of living is meaning people are having to give up their pets.

Everyone knows it tough out there at the moment.

We need help every day to care for the dogs that have no one, no family, nowhere to call home & we need help paying for vet care, medication and most importantly of all food!

We don’t have much in the way of financial donations, none of us get paid, we rely on volunteers generously giving up their free time to help walk & feed the dogs.

We urgently need dog walkers from 8.30am - 12.30 pm & 4.30pm - 7.30pm. Could you help?

We need people to serve in our little charity shop in the garden village at The Plant Plot garden centre in Lichfield - to help us buy food, pay bills etc because every penny really does count.

We need people that can help us 15 min a day sharing our posts on social media and promoting our online shop - to help us get noticed, get more donations & pay for food.

We desperately need dog food : Winalot, Pedigree Chum, Butchers, Webbox Harrington’s and such like

We need money - vets are not cheap 😣

But right now we need walkers and it’s Christmas holidays soon, so if you have dog savvy, responsible children over the age of 12 that you can bring with you this would be fantastic too!

We need help, please share this post. We have no one to help us walk the dogs this week. This is an urgent plea

Think maya definitely enjoyed a walk that wasn't the same loop at the rescue! Nose was stuck to the floor the whole time 😂 hunter was good as gold with her, such a soft little wolf 🐕🐕

Unfortunately the rescue has flooded.
Although Peak is doing everything they can to help. More help is always needed, especially at this time!
