It was great to catch up with other professionals, hear from some inspiring speakers, and pick up new ideas from across the industry. There's always something new to learn ! 💫🏡

📢🏡 A Quick update for my Halifax mortgage clients ! 🏡

If you currently have a mortgage with Halifax, you may have already received or will soon receive an information that your mortgage will now be administered under the Lloyds brand.

There's no need to worry or take any action.

✅ Your mortgage terms will remain exactly the same.
✅ Your interest rate will not change.
✅ Your monthly payments and Direct Debit will continue as normal.

Lloyds says it remains committed to the town of Halifax and very little will change for customers.

This week included remortgages, additional borrowing, first-time buyer purchases and purchases by sole applicants.

One completion that stood out to me was a purchase by a single applicant. It's a reminder that people's circumstances and home-buying journeys can vary significantly.✨
