🏡 📣 Big news for first-time buyers in UK ! 🏡

Saving for a large deposit can feel impossible.. but a new mortgage product from could help you get onto the property ladder sooner than you think.
On Monday 18th May, Halifax is launched a new £5,000 Deposit Mortgage for eligible first-time buyers.
A few important things to know:
✔ Minimum £5,000 deposit required, must come from savings, can't be gifted
✔ At least one applicant must be a first-time buyer
✔ Property values between £102,000 and £300,000
✔ Up to 99% loan-to-value mortgage
✔ Additional criteria, affordability and credit checks still apply
