85 people in a room on a Tuesday evening...
What struck me most wasn't the numbers.
It was the stories.
We heard from Richard, an electrician by trade, who openly shared how much he has grown since starting his UW journey.
He spoke about struggling with confidence and having a stutter that made speaking to people difficult.
Now he's standing in front of a room full of people sharing his experience and helping others believe they can do the same. He even captivated the room with a rendition of Sweet Caroline (his go-to confidence boost tune), we do not do stuffy team meetings for sure šŖš»
Around the room there were achievements everywhere.
People being recognised for helping 20 customers.
Others reaching 200.
One even reaching 800.
Different backgrounds.
Different goals.
Different journeys.
But there was one thing they all had in common...
They kept going.
Because success isn't always about being the most confident, the most experienced or the most talented person in the room.
More often than not, it's about having the mindset to keep taking the next step, even when you don't feel ready.
The atmosphere last night was incredible. Not because of the numbers, but because of the people.
A room full of ordinary people creating extraordinary results for themselves and their families.
And if there's one thing I took away from the evening, it's this:
What's possible for someone else could be possible for you too.
You just have to be willing to keep going š
