📢 We're Hiring: Bookkeeping & Payroll Administrator (Part-Time)
Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for a varied role where your skills and contribution genuinely make a difference?
VA Business Services is looking for a confident and organised Bookkeeping & Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with potential for the role to become permanent.
📍 Stokesley
⏰ 2–3 days per week
đź’· ÂŁ28,000 FTE (pro rata)
This is a hands-on role for someone with proven bookkeeping experience who can confidently manage client accounts, payroll processing, pensions, VAT support, and general business administration.
We're particularly keen to hear from candidates who:
âś… Have at least 2 years' commercial bookkeeping experience
âś… Are confident using accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks
âś… Have payroll experience
âś… Can work independently and manage multiple priorities
âś… Enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team
