🍽️ One of the most common questions I get as a Dietitian is:

"How much should I eat?"

The truth is, there isn't a one-size-fits-all answer.

Your nutrition needs are influenced by many factors, including:
✔️ Age
✔️ Activity Levels
✔️ Body Composition
✔️ Health Conditions
✔️ Medications
✔️ Personal Goals

That's why two people of the same age and weight can have completely different nutritional requirements. Rather then focusing solely on calories, I encourage people to focus on building balanced meals.

🥩 Protein - supports muscle health, recovery, and keeps you fuller for longer.
🌾 Fibre-rich carbs - provides energy, supports gut health, and helps with blood sugar management.
🥦 Fruit & Veg - packed with vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants.
🥑 Healthy Fats - important for heart health and hormone function.
