Pensions do NOT form part of your estate and are in fact part of a separate Trust. This means that they cannot be included in a Will. In order to determine who you would like your pension to go to on death, you need to complete a ‘Beneficiary Nomination’ form with your pension provider.

It is also important to make sure this is reviewed after changes in your circumstances .
