What happens behind the scenes of a sponsorship?

One of the things I’m quite fussy about with sponsorships is knowing who’s actually behind the logo.

So we spent a day at Ripe Motors HQ meeting the people who speak to motorhome owners every day, from renewals and customer service through to claims.

That matters to me far more than a polished brochure.

It also gave us the chance to ask some of the questions we hear from you all the time, hear directly from Ripe customers, and get a better feel for how the team works day to day.

There was plenty of useful stuff, a fair bit of filming, and the inevitable point where things became slightly less professional than planned.

And that’s really why we work with Ripe. We know the people behind the business, we can ask them the awkward questions, and they’re happy to explain how things work rather than hide behind marketing.

For me, that makes the relationship useful to you as well as to us.
