1) First time buyer finally getting her keys to a new place in Dundee after a previous purchase fell through✅.
2) A retirement interest only mortgage for a client looking for a bigger home in Carnoustie✅.
3) And another retirement interest only mortgage for a client looking to move to her dream home in Bridge of Allan✅.

Each case represents atleast 40 hours of work for us ⏰, often more so Fridays like these are always a good chance to look back at the hard work the clients, solicitors and ourselves have put in throughout the process.

Thank you all for your enquiries this week. The next few weeks are incredibly busy. Despite this, my phone is always on! 📞

But just taking a moment to appreciate everyone who I've helped with their mortgage, and the people that have referred their connections and loved ones to me too ❤️.

On days like this, it's hard to believe that I get to do this as a job. I'm blessed ☺️.
