𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭.

The last couple of weeks, I've not been feeling 100%. And what I've come to realise is that is perfectly OK, and normal, to feel.

What it has shown me is that taking time for self-care is crucial when it comes to running a successful business - whatever that looks like for you.

It could be taking yourself off shopping for the day (which I did yesterday, and loved!)

It could be going for a walk, having a nice long bath, or taking time on the sofa to read a book.

My go-to self care activity looks like this...having a nap with my favourite blanket and my cat 😻

I'm so thankful that my business allows for me to do this whenever I feel the need.
