When you read reports like this today there are terms flying around like 'halted offers'. In this article it refers to the new mortgage products that are available to clients, rather than withdrawing an offer made to a client who hasn't yet completed on their new property.

The Arrangemymortgage.com team had a great time at the CDC Consultancy conference last Wednesday. We visited our lovely new London office and celebrated with a drink on the roof!

Although the majority of my appointments are via zoom, it was great to see our new office space right in the heart of the city, and it's great for you to know that I can meet you in London for your mortgage appointment if a face to face meeting is easier for you.

What a day! - We managed to get a complicated completion over the line for a client, then this afternoon we received the below from another client who completed on their first home last week!
