The Bank of England has kept the base rate on hold again at 4% .

Lenders are constantly adjusting their rates and what’s available today might not be around tomorrow.

👉 If your current mortgage deal is ending within the next 6 months, now is the perfect time to review your options and see if you could secure a better rate.

Don't think the rate you think you will get will still be there. Review and secure it now.

🏡Time to review your mortgage? You can review 6 months before your mortgage rate ends!

The benefit: the rate you secure now is protected against any new rate changes. If rates drop, a good broker....like me.....will make sure you get the lower rate.

Your current lender will also usually offer new rates from 6 months to 1 month before your deal ends.

I’ll always check both your current lender against other lenders, making sure you meet all the criteria and get the best deal.

Don’t put off reviewing your options. Rates change all the time.....don’t kick yourself later wishing you’d acted sooner!

Hi,

This is obviously a really new FB page! Thanks for following and sharing reels, as I'm trying to build followers.

A lot of people will know that I've advised and managed advisers for many years and have a very good reputation.
