Holiday season is here!

Further to our post earlier this evening we have just a few minutes ago received clarification from one our major insurers, Aviva, regarding the Government statement made on 17 March that an agreement had been reached with insurers with respect to retrospective cover for Covid-19 under business interruption.

In summary, there is no cover for Covid-19 under those policies with specified diseases listed in the business interruption section.

In the same release there was also a segment detailing the cover provided under public liability should you take your children to work in coming weeks. Extracts from this email are below.
