We are hiring!

We are a mortgage brokerage that provides finance to our customers. We specialize in Buy-to-Lets, Commercial, Semi-Commercial, Development Finance, Portfolio Landlords, and Shariah Compliant Finance.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual for our Account Executive role. You will need to have some professional experience and excellent communication and customer service skills. The perfect applicant will have an excellent eye for detail and good organizational skills. A UK driving license and car will be beneficial.g

Job requirements will include
Maintaining customer accounts and will be the point of contact
Collection and maintenance of customer documentation
Follow compliance procedures at all times
Invoice management for assigned accounts
Identify opportunities to grow business within current clients
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Keep records of client transactions

Office Hours 9am-5pm, Location Slough SL1

My client is in search for a 'Deputy Care Manager' to join the team.

They are a small care home providing residential care for learning
and physical disabilities. They are spread over two small premises just approximately 15mins apart.

As a Deputy Care Manager you will be required to work:

* Full time Hours: Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri but would be expected to work shifts weekends and evenings if and when required. (Would normally work 40 hours a week which may include shifts, weekends, evenings and some on-call duties (in case of emergency).

* Over two sites (HAO 3NL and NW10)
Duties:

* To assist the Care Manager with day to day running of two small residential care homes for adults with learning and physical disability.

* Running a business which would involve monitoring business performance, negotiating contracts, working with a budget and developing clear policies and practices regarding quality standards.

* Recruit, train and supervise the care assistants and domestic staff working within the care home.

* Oversee all activities within the home and making sure the quality of the service and care provided meets the National Minimum Standards.

* Developing ways to promote residents rights and responsibilities.

* Provide information advice and support to residents family and carers.

* Arrange stimulating activities and encouraging residents to get involved, creating an opportunity for residents to access local services.

Qualifications:

* Registered Managers Award or
* NVQ 4 in Leadership and Management or
* Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Experience

* Experience in Management or Assistant Management or Supervisor role in care homes is essential

Salary:

20-25k Depending on experience.
