When we first walked into the Wokingham Bank building less than 10 months ago, it was a blank canvas—a space full of untapped potential. Fast forward to today, we’re excited to share the transformation of one of our standout flats, now known as The Noble Apartment.

In this video, you’ll join me and Anna Romanenko as we take you through the journey—how we secured Class MA permitted development rights, navigated the challenges of a full internal strip-out, and brought this once-vacant building to life with beautifully designed living spaces.

From Humble Beginnings to Property Titans: A Journey of Growth and Resilience 🌟🏠

Back in May 2016, I took a leap of faith and started the 'J6 Property Meet' at the Copthorne Hotel in Slough. Why not call it the 'Slough Property Meet'? Well, let's just say I wanted to sidestep the town's less-than-glamorous reputation! 😅

What began as a small gathering of 12-15 local property investors slowly but steadily grew into something much more significant. Within 12-18 months, we were seeing around 30 attendees every month, packed into a bigger room, and fueled by the passion and determination of our community.

But it wasn't just about the numbers. It was about quality. I made it my mission to bring in some of the most experienced and insightful speakers in the property world—legends like , Emily Temple BSc (Hons) MSc MRTPI, Ranjan Bhattacharya, Sandra Orlando Payne .RIBA Chartered Architect, Akhil Mair, David Kemp and many more. Each event became a unique learning experience, full of actionable insights and inspiring stories.

Then came March 2020. Just days before the world changed, we held our last in-person meeting before lockdown. But did we stop? Absolutely not. Throughout COVID, we adapted and kept our TITANS community alive and thriving through monthly online events. However, like many, we faced the challenge of online fatigue.

So, in March 2021, we took a moment to regroup, rebrand, and reignite our vision. And by July 2021, we relaunched TITANS at the Crowne Plaza. Since then, we’ve never looked back. Thanks to my incredible core team and the unwavering support of our loyal property community, TITANS has grown beyond anything I could have imagined. With over 70 VIP Members and 10 amazing SPONSORS, we are stronger and more united than ever.

I never imagined we’d go from a handful of members to over 100 attending every month. Now, TITANS has become more than just an event—it’s a thriving community. A place where property professionals find not just contacts, but a network of support, guidance, and opportunity. This is your time to make a change, to seize the opportunity, and to find your place in this dynamic industry.
