We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Admin Assistant to join our growing team in our Sleaford office.
You will be working in an open plan office and expected to work a minimum of 15 hours a week on a flexible basis between the hours of 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday on national minimum wage.
There is the possibility of overtime when required.
There is potential for advancement on an administrative or financial advice career path to the right candidate.
Duties:
• Perform a variety of administrative functions.
• Liaising between Advisers and clients
• Good computer knowledge including ‘Word’ and ‘Excel’ preferable
• Data entry
• Proof reading of reports
• Document scanning
• Perform a variety of tasks.
• Handling external or internal communication or management systems
• Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
• Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Great attention to detail
• Minimum Grade C in Mathematics & English
• Financial Services experience an advantage but not essential
