Job Title Product Administrator
Reports to CEO
Department Operations
Hours of Work
Location 40 hours per week
Hybrid within Kent area
Objectives
An opportunity to join a Destination Management Company (DMC) with over a decade of experience in product design, travel operations and the delivery of experience focused group tours, Path is one of the leading providers of travel experiences and adventures.
Attention to detail is a must along with the ability to multi-task and prioritise a varied workload effectively. We are ideally seeking a team member with Travel experience that will play a pivotal part of the the team supporting our Product, Sales and Operations teams that serve a varied Partner base.
Working alongside our CEO ensuring our Product Design Templates (PDT’s) are meticulous in their ex*****on and detail alongside varying ad hoc administration tasks.

Responsibilities
• The completion of Product Design Templates
• Building and maintaining a Product database and repository
• Liaising with our teams in Southeast Asia
• Assisting in Partner enquiries pre and post booking.
• Liaising with our other Destination Partners and supporting the team in resolving issues, creating solutions, or just making sure we get things right in the first place.
• Take control of the role and the direction of Product Administration
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Solid knowledge and ability to use software like MS Word and MS Excel.
• Numerate and Literate.
• Experience in the Travel Industry preferable but not essential.
• Detail focused leaving no stone unturned to Product excellence.
• Organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work within an internationally located Team as well as on own initiative.
Working location, environment
Ideally based in the Kent Area of the UK with a hybrid mix of home/office working as required.
Please note that we serve international Partners operating globally and on occasion working hours fall outside the UK working day and week.
Remuneration
£26,000 p/annum + benefits
