I honestly couldn’t recommend James enough! From start to finish, he was kind, patient and understanding - especially while I was losing my mind over mine shafts, valuations and everything else that came with buying our first home 😂

He always made me feel listened to, explained things clearly, and somehow managed to keep me calm with his great sense of humour when I was ready to throw in the towel (all 20 times) 😂
