🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT FROM VENEXUS GROUP🚨

At Venexus, we’ve always believed in evolving to meet real needs. Over the past few months, we’ve been planning a major overhaul to take the business in a new direction, one that builds on our core strengths and better serves our local and wider communities.

We’re excited to share that Venexus is moving forward with two new core services:

💜 Venexus Care — practical home help, companionship, and non-medical support that brings dignity and independence to people’s lives.

🏠 Venexus Property Management — maintenance, repairs, inspections, and end-of-tenancy work for landlords and tenants. We’re partnering with local skilled trades people to make sure every job is done right and ensure that local contractors win too!

Alongside this, Venexus Cleaning is officially transitioning to Venexus Facilities Management,
focused on commercial cleaning only providing support for businesses and organisations.

👉 We will no longer be offering home cleaning in any format. This was always a stepping stone and now, we’re ready to expand into areas where we can make an even bigger impact.

These changes are part of our plan to build a stronger, more sustainable business model that reflects what we’re truly about: practical support, trusted services, and community connections.

A huge thank you to everyone who’s been part of our journey so far. We can’t wait to get started on this next chapter together.

Venexus Group Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Building/cleaning company to assist with an exciting and unique project: the interior cleaning of a church. This project is ideal for startups or small businesses looking to build their portfolio and take on a high-value contract, the ideal business will be able to provide equipment for working at hight.

Scope of Work

We require a team with experience and training in cleaning or working in high-level areas. The project involves the following tasks:

• Cleaning of Nave Arches
• Dusting and maintenance of Exposed Trusses and Roof Trusses
• Cleaning Clerestory Windows
• Dusting and preservation of Carved Stonework
• Dusting and cleaning of all interior walls

Requirements

• Staff trained in working safely at heights and ability to provide the necessary equipment.
• Experience handling delicate and historic interiors is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and a professional approach to conservation cleaning.

Payment;

Exciting news! In 2025 we will be hosting events in our communities called “Ending Hygiene Poverty: A Clean Start for Every Community”—a new initiative from Venexus Group Limited in collaboration with charities across the UK.

Did you know that over one-third of children in the UK live in unsanitary conditions? Additionally, 1 in 5 parents have reported sacrificing their own hygiene needs to ensure their children stay healthy. Factors like low income, benefit cuts, and challenges with mental health or disabilities often contribute to this crisis.

Teachers witness the impact of hygiene poverty every day—from issues with children’s mental and physical development to instances of bullying.
