Following the sale of the Town Hall last year, we are in the process of moving to our new premises in Station Road.

Hopefully we should have everything completed by the 1st March 2021 so that when Lockdown restrictions allow, we can welcome all our fantastic clients to the new office.

We will be just behind Hayes & Storr solicitors and Tesco's, opposite the Plaza Cafe in Station Road.

The office external redecoration is starting to take shape and should be finished this week.

The colours may seem familiar to some of you and we should easily be picked up on Google earth 😁.

Hopefully no one looking for our office will miss it.

Despite the pandemic and the issues it brings, it is still very much business as normal, just over the telephone and email for now but we can't wait until we can see all our local clients face to face again, as that is what it is all about for us.

If anyone does need to visit the office, please could you call to arrange an appointment so that we can remain COVID-19 compliant.

Until the pandemic is under control, stay safe and be kind to each other and remember that I'm always here for help and a chat, even if it isn't Insurance related, so if you do need someone to reach out to, as we all do from time to time, just give me a call.

Just to confirm to all our valued clients that business is continuing as normal, with the exception of personal visits to the office.
We can continue to be contacted by telephone on 01263 823977 or by email at [email protected] so please don't worry if you have any amendments to your cover that you require, you have a Policy to renew, want a new business quotation or you just have a general query about your Policy cover.
We are still here to help you, it is just that we can't see you face to face but we are already counting down the days to when we get through the current situation, which we will and everything will return back to some normality for us all.

If any businesses have been affected by the road closure, due to the recent Sink Hole, check your Business Interruption cover to see if Denial of Access is covered and if so, contact your Insurance providers on Tuesday morning to log a potential claim with them. We have a slight issue with the telephone and broadband at the new office, we don't have any!!!!! Unfortunately the connection that should have taken place on Thursday was not able to do so and as everything business related shuts down over Easter, we are only able to try and get this sorted today. If anyone needs to contact us, please could you do so by email or on 07748 157105.
Normal service should be resumed shortly :-)
