What could they have done better?

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were selling two houses, we had a complicated financial situation with various income streams and a daunting mortgage. The High Street was quoting scary numbers so we knew that we needed help.

How has Ian Christlo helped you?

Ian listened to our situation, scribbled notes, asked questions, confirmed every doubt then went away. In no time he was back with a number if proposals with options of fixed and variable rates. He assured us that all of options were available to us, we just had to choose.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We first approached Ian in 2013 when our challenge looked insurmountable. Since then, we've been back to Ian several times. Fortunately, each subsequent visit has proven to be a little easier. Ian removed so much if the stress, provided options that we were unaware of and made remortgaging so much less painful.

Nothing; once again we're completely satisfied with Ian's service.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We were looking for a new deal on two BTL properties. We'd used Ian several times before so we had no hesitation using him again.
