New guidance has been issued by the DVSA this morning in relation to MOTs.
🚘 If your MOT expires before 30 March then you will still need to get your vehicle tested.
🚘 If your MOT due date expires from 30 March then it will be extended for 6 months.
Garages are still currently allowed to remain open to carry out MOTs and other essential repairs.
If you still need to use your vehicle on a regular basis then we recommend you book an MOT test when it’s due, to ensure it’s roadworthy and safe. If you’re not likely to use your vehicle over the coming weeks, please take advantage of the extension and delay your test.
Our phone is always on. If you have a concern about your vehicle and you’re not sure what to do please give us a call. We will talk it through with you and agree a plan of action.
