***What services do I provide?***
I’m a commercial finance broker, specialising in sourcing and securing the most appropriate, lowest cost lending for businesses and property professionals. The type of products I specialise in, include:

***How can you help?***
If you have a business finance requirement, please get in touch for a free consultation.
Once we’ve established the most appropriate, cost-effective finance to meet your needs, I engage with lenders on your behalf to negotiate you the most competitive indicative terms.
If you’re happy to proceed with those terms, I can submit an application to the lender on your behalf and manage the process until you receive the funds at completion.
***Who are your typical clients?***
The following is a non-exhaustive list of businesses I can help:
• Businesses who need to finance growth, equipment, or an acquisition
• Businesses who have been declined lending from their bank
• Property investors looking to purchase or refinance a commercial or residential property
• Businesses who are currently renting but would like to buy their own property to trade from
• Businesses with a short-term cash flow issue, perhaps needing to release cash from unpaid invoices
• Property developers and builders wanting finance on a new development or renovation project
• Portfolio landlords looking to consolidate their existing mortgages into one low-cost portfolio loan
• Businesses who want to sense-check their current arrangements to make sure they’re not overpaying on their lending facilities

***What makes you qualified to provide this service?***
I have years of experience in financial services, starting on the Commercial Graduate Programme at HSBC before working as an Assistant Relationship Director within Corporate Banking at RBS. More recently, I worked at White Rose Finance, providing case management support to their Brokerplan network, getting first-hand experience of placing and packaging finance applications to commercial lenders.
Now I’ve set up my own business. I’m a franchisee of Synergy Commercial Finance Ltd, a large network of experienced commercial finance brokers, giving me a support network and access to lender deals not always available to the general public. I’m an Appointed Representative of AFS Compliance Ltd, which is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm number 625035. They help me with back office and compliance support.
***What lenders can you introduce me to?***
We have relationships with a vast panel of lenders, ranging from the high street banks to tier three lenders you’ll probably never have heard of. I’ll always look to place your business with the most appropriate, lowest cost lender to meet your needs.
***Do you broker residential mortgages?***
The services I provide are for business use only, so I don’t specialise in mortgages on personal private residences (although I can introduce you to someone that does). I do however have access to the lowest rates on buy to let property for portfolio landlords and properties held within a limited company.
***Do you charge a fee for your services?***
I don’t charge a fee for arranging cash flow finance or a business loan (I receive commission from the lender only). A broker fee may be payable on property deals and this will be agreed with you before an application is submitted.
