✨ HAPPY FRIDAY ✨

Wow......this has been one of our BUSIEST weeks ever 🤯 as you can probably tell from our need for sleep. That combined with half term 😆

Thank you so so much to everyone who has got in touch with us recently, as a small business us being this busy really does mean so much to us 🥰

⚠ MORTGAGE RATES ENDING ⚠

We have had a lot of clients contact us this month that have a rate that ends within the next few days. If you are our existing client we will always contact you six months before your rate finishes to start looking at your options. This is because if you change to a new lender, it takes time to have this agreed and go through the solicitors paperwork. It also gives us time to understand your situation and take time to do the correct research for your needs 🥰 We also absolutely do not want anyone ending up on their lenders SVR rate - which is usually a lot higher than the rate you are currently on. We have seen a few new clients this month who had forgotten to look at their mortgage, ending up on SVR and one of the clients ended up with a payment nearly £2000 more a month 😔

So we kindly ask if you are an existing client and we are reaching out to review your rate - you get booked in as soon as possible. If you are a new client to us, please book in as soon as possible. We are trying to be as flexible as possible with appointment times to help you all, but it helps save you stress and money by allowing us the time to help you ☺️
